Dear Sponsor or Supporter,

On September 13th, 2008, Chapel Hill Christian School will host the 4^th Annual LCPL. Eric D. Hillenburg Memorial Scholarship Ride.  This is primarily a motorcycle ride, in which riders will travel through Hendricks and Marion Counties, but we do allow cars to participate as well.  Riders will start at Hope Baptist Church, stop at several area businesses and churches, and come back to HBC for food, music, and a message from Pastor Hillenburg.

In past years, we have raised nearly $15,000 for the Scholarship Fund, which was created to allow children to attend Chapel Hill Christian School who may otherwise be unable to afford tuition or books.  LCPL. Hillenburg was a proud graduate of CHCS before he went on to serve his country as a United States Marine.  LCPL. Hillenburg gave his life for our freedom in Fallujah, Iraq on December 23, 2004.  He would be honored to have children attend CHCS in his memory.  To make our Memorial Scholarship Ride a success for years to come, we need continued support from generous businesses!

At this point, we are looking for financial support from business owners like yourself.   What we need most is a monetary donation to cover the cost of food and T-shirts for our riders.  If you donate $150, you will receive your business name on the t-shirts, as well as one free entry and a t-shirt.  If you donate $250, you will receive your business name in large print at or near the top of the t-shirt, two free entries in the ride, and two free t-shirts.  All Supporters will have their information and websites listed on our "Thank You" Page.  We will also have vendor opportunities available this year, and you may contact us at (317) 244-8491 for further information if you are interested in having a booth at the Scholarship Ride.

If you cannot give a financial donation, we could also use door prizes.  We would like to have a total of 100 or more door prizes to give to our participants.   At each stop during the ride, participants will receive a numbered ticket.  At the end of the day, the numbers will be drawn for door prizes.

It is our desire that you seriously and prayerfully consider sponsoring the 4^th Annual LCPL. Eric. D.
